We will remember how to listen deeply to the body's needs. We will shift consumption into nourishment and prioritize intuitive eating of whole, vital foods as opposed to restriction and 'dieting'. This is not an extreme or trendy experience. Its whole-hearted listening, feeling, responding, and receiving.

We will attune to the incredible universe of microbes living within and on us, and truly tend our terrain - within and without. 

We will bring the gut-heart-brain axis into deep coherence while supporting not only the detox organs (liver, lungs, kidneys, skin, colon) but really understand what it means to sense from our organs.

We will focus on the blood, lymph, heart, breath, and fascia
these matrices often get over looked in western medicine + detox protocols 
Wherever there is pain, inflammation, injury, dis-ease, symptoms etc - lymph is involved. 

Lymph provides the cellular environment + needs movement, breath, + our own touch to move.
It doesn't have it's own cadence like the blood does yet they travel together along with nerves

 Where ever lymph is stagnant:
fascia is adhered/bound
breath is shallow/impinged
blood (nutrient delivery) is sluggish 
nervous system is agitated + life force is dampened

This compromises the gut-heart-brain axis TREMENDOUSLY + our overall wellbeing is the consequence
