Remember Your Nature.
A living field devoted to human vitality, embodied wisdom, and the restoration of our relationship with birth, nourishment, movement, land, and one another.

Birth. Fertility. Movement. Food. Nervous systems. Community.
These are not separate disciplines. They are expressions of the same living intelligence. SODARYA exists to help people return to that intelligence.
Birth Begins Long Before Labor.
SODARYA’s primary body of work is the imprint of birth and creation — the physiological, ancestral, and ecological soil from which new life emerges.
Ecosystem
of Birth
Birth is not simply an event. It is an ecosystem.
Begin the ConversationNot everyone arrives through birth.
Some arrive through movement. Some through herbs. Some through nutrition. Some through burnout. Some through grief. Some simply because they know something is missing.
Movement
Restore your relationship with your body.
Plants
Learn directly from the living pharmacy of the earth.
Nutrition
Rebuild health through ancestral nourishment.
Somatics
Expand your nervous system’s capacity to feel safe enough to become fully alive.
Earth Medicine
Seasonality. Ecology. Relationship.
Functional Health
Understand physiology through a whole-person lens.
Community
Healing happens in relationship.
A quiet return to what the body already knows.

I’m Britt — a practitioner rooted at the meeting place of physiology and mystery. My work weaves regenerative living, ancestral medicine, birth ecology, functional nutrition, and somatic intelligence into one field.
SODARYA means to be of one. It is a slow, embodied practice of remembering how humans were designed to live, heal, and create life — and of building the culture that lets us do so again.

Occasional letters from the garden, the birthroom, the kitchen, and the woods. Physiology and mystery, held in the same hand. No noise. No urgency. Just what wants to be said.
