What if exhaustion, dysregulation, anxiety, disconnection, inflammation, overwhelm, or confusion weren't signs that you are broken — but rather messages from your body asking for relationship?

Many of us have inherited a relationship to health built on outsourcing, confusion, urgency, overthinking, and disconnection from the body's true intelligence.

We've forgotten how to listen. And in reality, we don't need more information — we need embodied experience.

A 10-Week Experiential Journey

A Body of Belonging is designed to help you reconnect with the wisdom of your body and reclaim agency in your health and wellbeing.

This is a space to reclaim, remember, and rebuild trust with yourself. Through movement, fascia-based practices, breathwork, sound & vibration, coherence training, and embodied education, we'll restore the foundations that help humans feel whole, responsive, creative, and alive.

Not through force. Through relationship.

Each week we gather for 2 hours and move through the same experiential structure while exploring a new weekly theme.
Frequency
Frequency
The voice, vibration, and resonance of the body.
Through vocal toning, humming, sound, throat coherence, vagal stimulation, and resonance practices, we explore how frequency shapes physiology, emotional regulation, expression, and internal safety.

This is about reclaiming your voice — internally and externally.
Flow
Flow
Breath, coherence, emotional movement, and vitality.
Through guided breathwork, nervous system regulation practices, coherence, creative inquiry, and subtle energetic awareness, we cultivate flow within the body and life itself.

Breath becomes both medicine and messenger.
Form
Form
The architecture of embodiment.
Through fascia-focused movement, somatic mobility, dance, primal movement, and nervous system-informed embodiment, we restore capacity, resilience, circulation, posture, and vitality.

The body becomes a living prayer to actualize your vitality and fortify your biofield.

Hi, I'm Britt.

I help people return home to their bodies — through breath, movement, sound, and somatic wisdom. My work is rooted in the belief that the body is not the problem, but rather the most intelligent ally we have.

Through years of embodied practice, study, and devotion to the wisdom of the nervous system, I've created a space where you can reclaim your health sovereignty — not by chasing more information, but by deepening into relationship with yourself.

This is the work I've been called to share. And I'd be honored to walk beside you.
