I came to this work because I watched too many women hand their birth over to a system that never trusted their body in the first place. Women who had done the reading, felt the deep knowing, and still found themselves negotiating for the birth they already knew was theirs.
Sovereign birth isn’t a decision made at 38 weeks. It’s built long before labour begins — in the nervous system, in the mind, in the conviction that your body was designed for this.
My role isn’t to hand you a birth plan. It’s to walk beside you as you remember what you’ve always known.
