A birth doula and childbirth educator for the woman who is done outsourcing her birth to a system that doesn’t trust her body.
I started this work believing birth could be different. Then I witnessed what the medical industrial complex actually does to women.
I became a birth doula in 2022 with what I'd call pie-in-the-sky ideals — I thought I would attract rainbows and butterflies. Homebirth clients. Sovereign births. Women choosing their own power.
That was not the case.
Early on I joined a nonprofit serving families who needed low-cost doula support. And I watched what happened in those hospital births.
Women who came to me saying they wanted a natural birth but chose the hospital "just in case." And the universe, being exactly what it is, gave them exactly what they prepared for. Not because they were wrong to want safety. Because the system they entered was not built to let their bodies move through a physiological process in God's time.
They were on hospital time, and entered into the "cascade of interventions."
I watched augmentations. Interventions. Bright lights and gloved, hands-on management of processes that did not need managing. I watched women leave their births feeling traumatized and deer-in-the-headlights. Or worse, feeling relieved that the medical system was there to save them from a problem that they caused. Either way, they left more disconnected from their bodies and their intuition than when they arrived.
That disconnection is not an accident. It is what the system produces. Women who do not trust themselves need the system. Women who do not trust their bodies come back not only for themselves, but also for their children who are then indoctrinated into the same system.
I quickly realized that the women birthing at home — without medical attendants — had started their work long before they conceived. That the preparation, the mindset, the nervous system, the belief, were all embodied before the positive test.
That is where the birth outcomes come from!
Since then I have supported women in freebirths and sovereign homebirths. Every single one arrived at that birth having remembered and embodied the truth. They found their power. They trusted their bodies. They brought their babies earthside the way nature intended.
Not one of them needed saving.
That is what I am here to build with you.

Real, unfiltered childbirth education. Not blind reassurance, so you stay compliant and in the dark. The actual physiology, data, and power of undisturbed birth.
Embodiment
Birth happens in the body and the body follows the nervous system. We build regulation, safety, and trust long before your first labor sensation. The woman you are in labor is the woman you have been building for months (most of the time before conception).
Sovereignty
The unshakeable knowing that your body was made for this. No apologising, no explaining, no permission required. Just a woman who has done the work arriving at her birth already whole, and convicted in the values that brought her there.
